Here is my vintage 'Gemini XII Flight Plan-Final' dated October 20, 1966.
It was the 10th and final manned Gemini flight. It launched November 11, 1966 with Jim Lovell as the Command Pilot and Edwin E. (Buzz) Aldrin as the Pilot. At the completion of Gemini 11, Americas' space program still had not demonstrated that an astronaut could work easily and efficiently outside the spacecraft. In preparation for Gemini XII, new, improved restraints were added to the outside of the capsule, and a new technique—underwater training—was introduced, which would become a staple of future space-walk simulation. Aldrins' two-hour, 20-minute tethered space-walk, during which he photographed star fields, retrieved a micrometeorite collector and did other chores, at last demonstrated the feasibility of extravehicular activity. Two more stand-up EVA's also went smoothly, as did the by-now routine rendezvous and docking with an Agena Target Vehicle which was done "manually" using the onboard computer and charts when a rendezvous radar failed.
On the below 'Cover Page', there is a name written in the upper right corner which looks like 'Fran La Brie'. This name is also written on the back of the 'Rear Cover' as seen below, along with the inscription 'HANDS Off!'. I was able to find a reference to a Frances S. LaBrie in the December 9, 1964 issue of 'Nasa Space News Roundup' under the 'Welcome Aboard Section' as having joined the Manned Spacecraft Centers' Flight Crew Support Division. As can be seen on the below Cover Page, this flight plan was prepared by the 'FLIGHT CREW SUPPORT DIVISION'.

Through mail in signings at Novaspace,
I was able to get Lovell and Aldrin
to sign the item.

APPROVAL PAGE
This is the 'APPROVAL PAGE'. As shown below, it was approved by Warren J. North who was Nasa's Chief of the Flight Crew Support Division from 1962 to 1971. You can see the following handwritten notation on this page:
'Capt. James A. Lovell
Maj. Edwin E. Aldrin
November 11, 1966
Lift-off at 20:46:33.419 (3:46:33)'
This notation is interesting for a couple of reasons.
Officially, Gemini XII launched November 11, 1966, at 3:46:33 p.m. EST (15:46:33), which is written in parentheses as shown below next to the time of 20:46:33.419. This would indicate that La Brie was in a place that was five hours ahead of EST when he/she made this notation. This would place La Brie in either West Africa, Portugal, or England at the time of launch. In addition it refers to Aldrin as 'Edwin E.' rather than the more familiar 'Buzz'.
INTRODUCTION PAGE
This page explains that the layout for this flight plan is as follows:
SECTION I
Contains the detailed procedures for Launch through First Docking, Preretro and Reentry.
SECTION II
Contains procedures for all mission activities (experiments, EVA, etc.).
SECTION III
Contains the timeline of the entire mission.

The 'FLIGHT PLAN' is rather lengthy. Since this is just a hobby and not my full time job, I will leave it up to you to do an in depth review/comparison of the above pages. There are also some other very interesting pages in the 'FLIGHT PLAN', especially in regards to the EVA's, that I may add to this post at a later date. But for now, that's all folks!
